We are unable to make any amendments to the order (other than cancellations) due to our internal security policy. In addition to our policy PayPal provide us with enough money to fulfill your initial order therefore no further payment can be taken for additional items or shipping costs.

Your order will be there anytime between 8am and 6pm, though if you entered in your mobile number either on your order screen or on the PayPal checkout out courier will text, though please check your emails as this is a preferred method by most couriers.
Security checks for payments will be handled by PayPal, when you make a payment with PayPal they will run checks, once these checks are completed they will release the funds to us, these checks can take moments, though in very rare circumstances they can take much longer.
We can not state how long these checks will take, so please understand these checks are outside our control and be patient while they process.
Our aim is to process your return on the same day we receive the item at the selected warehouse, though the maximum length of time it may take will be 5 working days. You will receive confirmation emails when your Return has been processed.
We aim to get you your items as quick as possible and correct first time, so we have implemented a two working day delivery system.
This means you will order on day Zero, then on day One we will prepare and dispatch your order, having the the extra time will minimise any errors, the courier will then collect the item/s, then day Two your items will be delivered to you.
So a typical example of this is:
Orders placed on a Monday will be prepared and dispatched Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday
Orders placed on a Thursday will be prepared and dispatched on Friday and delivered on Monday
Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be prepared and dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday
Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands may take an extra working day for delivery.
Please note that all prices include delivery costs, though if you live in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish & Scilly Islands, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands, there may be a delivery surcharge, this will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm the payment.

If you are not in when our courier attempts delivery they will leave a calling card which will provide you with a direct contact number for your local depot. You then simply call them to arrange an alternative delivery date or to collect the parcel directly from your local depot, which they will be more than happy to help you with.
Unfortunately at this moment in time we do not offer a Saturday delivery service, this is something we are working on.

If you supply a mobile number at the checkout, our courier will text you the day they collect the items confirming the delivery date, on the day of delivery they will then text you a time slot, this time slot can change due to traffic, weather conditions, etc.
If a mobile number is not provided we will use the email address you provided, this offers the same service but it is through email.
The text/email service is complimentary and not guaranteed.
You should email us right away via firstname.lastname@example.org once we have your email we will work with you to get the item exchanged for the correct one.
In the event we ask you to send the item back to one of our warehouses we will reimburse the cost of this, though we will require proof of the postage and the service MUST be a tracked service, so example using Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mail.
Once the item has been sent to us all we ask is that you email us a copy of the proof of postage, we will deal with the rest.
We always advise our customers to use some form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. The majority of items are returned to us using Royal Mail Special or Recorded Delivery.
Other couriers can be found on www.parcel2go.com and they are very competitive on price and can even pick up from your door, when selecting the courier pick the one with 'Collection Service'
