Configurator FAQ

A Builder allows you to take a step-by-step process of picking the parts for your ideal computer or upgrade, showing you compatible parts*.

*Every effort has been put into making sure that only compatible parts are shown, though we cannot guarantee this.
The Core Upgrade Builder is specifically only for selecting the motherboard, processor and ram for your computer. We advise that you check what motherboards your case can support, before using the configurator.
The Tower Builder is specifically for the computer itself, the case and all the hardware inside, motherboard, ram, processor, storage, graphics card, power supply, etc. This system will show you what is compatible, based on available information, we would recommend you check descriptions. This configurator is for self-build orders.
The Full System Builder is specifically for the computer, keyboard, mouse, monitor and headset. This system will show you what is compatible, based on available information, we would recommend you check descriptions. This configurator is for self-build orders.
With the exception of the Core Upgrade Configurator, which requires all three steps have an item added, you do not need to add an item on each step. This offers the flexibility of using existing parts, for example, storage drives or headsets.
With the exception of the Core Upgrade Configurator, which requires all three steps are required, adding an item is easy:

Step 1: Click the plus on the step you wish to add the item
Step 2: Click Select on the item you wish to add
To change an item, locate the item you wish to change, then click the pencil icon to the right.
To remove an individual item, locate the item then click the cross to the right.

To remove all items, click the “Remove All” to the right.
If you want to see the current price, above the buttons to the right, you will see the price.
Once you have added all the parts you wish to add, and want to finalise the purchase, click the “Add to cart” button to the right.

Order FAQ

All orders placed before 3pm, Monday to Friday will be processed the same working day. Any order after 3pm will be processed on the next available working day. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or Bank Holidays.
We currently accept Credit/Debit cards and PayPal instant payments, this offers flexibility for all our customers.
We aim to have all orders delivered within 1 working day of processing, though there are areas where this is not possible. Please visit our Delivery Information page for more information.

Website FAQ

We have spent a considerable amount of time, working with a supplier to get the best price prices possible. The regular prices are fixed and cannot be adjusted, though we do offer sales on various products each week.
During the order process, you will be offered the opportunity to create an account, though this is completely optional.

Though there is a benefit to creating an account, when you come back to order from us, all you need to enter is your email address and your password, our site will bring forward your address details, from your previous order.
